ATTENDING CONVENTION SESSIONS
Log in using the link in the top right hand corner of the screen.
In a session’s description window, click on the yellow button with the ▷ icon that says "Open Zoom", “Open Vimeo”, “Open YouTube”, or “Open Videostream” Click on this button. These links will become visible 10 minutes before the session starts.
Can’t see the yellow ▷ button or can’t press it to open the Videostream? You’re either not signed in to Sched or it’s not 10 minutes before the session start time.
If a session is full, check back 24 hours later for the recorded link for the same session.
Exhibitor Bingo: Click on the Exhibitors page in Sched and do a little shopping! Download a copy of this BINGO CARD and find all the answers in the about section of many exhibitors. Email (or share) your completed Bingo card to vpexhibits@getca.com. Prizes include a $500 gift card to the Fairmont Hotels, and ten $100 gift cards to Chapters, Amazon, and other great places.
