ATTENDING CONVENTION SESSIONS
  • Log in using the link in the top right hand corner of the screen.
  • In a session’s description window, click on the yellow button with the ▷ icon that says "Open Zoom", “Open Vimeo”, “Open YouTube”, or “Open Videostream” Click on this button. These links will become visible 10 minutes before the session starts.
  • Can’t see the yellow ▷ button or can’t press it to open the Videostream? You’re either not signed in to Sched or it’s not 10 minutes before the session start time.
  • If a session is full, check back 24 hours later for the recorded link for the same session.
  • ALL PRERECORDED SESSIONS CAN BE FOUND HERE.

Giving students the ability to choose and build their own projects encourages creativity in our students, teaches them valuable design skills, and promotes retention in your CTS programs. So why are you not using those project credits? Probably because they are too hard to plan and assess. Scott will demonstrate how he gets students to set goals, develop their own marking criteria, and then self-assess their own projects.
It's a win-win for everybody!
