ATTENDING CONVENTION SESSIONS
  • Log in using the link in the top right hand corner of the screen.
  • In a session’s description window, click on the yellow button with the ▷ icon that says "Open Zoom", “Open Vimeo”, “Open YouTube”, or “Open Videostream” Click on this button. These links will become visible 10 minutes before the session starts.
  • Can’t see the yellow ▷ button or can’t press it to open the Videostream? You’re either not signed in to Sched or it’s not 10 minutes before the session start time.
  • If a session is full, check back 24 hours later for the recorded link for the same session.
  • ALL PRERECORDED SESSIONS CAN BE FOUND HERE.

Post-Convention Survey
How can a school develop and implement a comprehensive literacy intervention block to support the skill development for all primary students? This session will highlight how one K-3 school implements a school wide intervention block to improve literacy levels for all students. In our BLAST (Basic Literacy Acquisition Skills Time) program, each student’s phonemic awareness and phonics skills are assessed receive instruction on a specific reading or pre-reading skill.
