ATTENDING CONVENTION SESSIONS
  • Log in using the link in the top right hand corner of the screen.
  • In a session’s description window, click on the yellow button with the ▷ icon that says "Open Zoom", “Open Vimeo”, “Open YouTube”, or “Open Videostream” Click on this button. These links will become visible 10 minutes before the session starts.
  • Can’t see the yellow ▷ button or can’t press it to open the Videostream? You’re either not signed in to Sched or it’s not 10 minutes before the session start time.
  • If a session is full, check back 24 hours later for the recorded link for the same session.
  • ALL PRERECORDED SESSIONS CAN BE FOUND HERE.

The Alberta Teacher Quality Standard calls on teachers to provide opportunities for all students to develop a knowledge and understanding of, and respect for Indgenous perspectives and ways of knowing. The study of environmental sustainability, which can be linked to the curriculum across all subjects and subject areas, offers a wonderful opportunity to do just this. If this idea sounds interesting to you but also fills you with trepidation, then this workshop is for you.
