ATTENDING CONVENTION SESSIONS
  • Log in using the link in the top right hand corner of the screen.
  • In a session’s description window, click on the yellow button with the ▷ icon that says "Open Zoom", “Open Vimeo”, “Open YouTube”, or “Open Videostream” Click on this button. These links will become visible 10 minutes before the session starts.
  • Can’t see the yellow ▷ button or can’t press it to open the Videostream? You’re either not signed in to Sched or it’s not 10 minutes before the session start time.
  • If a session is full, check back 24 hours later for the recorded link for the same session.
  • ALL PRERECORDED SESSIONS CAN BE FOUND HERE.

What practical ways can we respond to life’s adversity that goes beyond the classic cliché’s of “focus on the positive." These basic principals may be well-intended, but they fail to provide us with practical strategies that are crucial in turning a victim into an achiever and a follower into a leader. Understanding how emotions are made in the brain is the first step in learning feasible strategies we can use to change negative thinking habits that lead to emotional distress such as depression.
