NEED HELP?

ATTENDING CONVENTION SESSIONS
  • Log in using the link in the top right hand corner of the screen.
  • In a session’s description window, click on the yellow button with the ▷ icon that says "Open Zoom", “Open Vimeo”, “Open YouTube”, or “Open Videostream” Click on this button. These links will become visible 10 minutes before the session starts.
  • Can’t see the yellow ▷ button or can’t press it to open the Videostream? You’re either not signed in to Sched or it’s not 10 minutes before the session start time.
  • If a session is full, check back 24 hours later for the recorded link for the same session.
  • ALL PRERECORDED SESSIONS CAN BE FOUND HERE.

We live in a polarized world, with politicians shouting on Twitter, a 24-hour news cycle, selfies flooding our social media feeds and little white lies becoming the cultural norm. How do we encourage students to value truth and make healthy moral and ethical decisions with so much noise in the background? Can we be effective at this ourselves? Come learn strategies around empathy awareness, mindfulness, open-ended questions, guilt vs. shame, conditioned societal gender roles and more.
